As I look out of my home study chatting with people online who are keen to join my online business, I find that I get asked the same questions time and time again.

Spring is a time to shake off the winter cobwebs and to become more active and adventurous. Here are some tips on how to banish our winter sluggish mood to create some much needed energy by making some simple changes to our lives. This new found energy could  then be used to  make some changes to our lives to  create some more valuable personal and financial freedom for ourselves this spring.

Let spring inspire you to make important changes to your life

As we go outside there is a different smell that indicates that spring is almost upon us. While our winter evenings have been filled with being curled up on the sofa and sheltering from the cold, spring is a time shake off the winter cobwebs and become active and adventurous.

However in order to achieve this we need some energy which can be difficult to find when you are still in sluggish winter mode. This can be solved by making some of the following minor changes to our lives:

Keep your body well fuelled with a healthy diet

Our body is like a car as it needs good fuel to run at its best. It is important to start off your day with a good breakfast. Good choices of food to include in this meal are wholegrain toast topped with banana or some wholegrain cereal with semi skimmed milk. You could also add a glass of fruit juice which will also help to achieve one portion of your 5 a day fruit. It is important to eat three healthy meals a day and to also include healthy snacks such as fruit or seeds as these can help to maintain constant sugar levels. Be sure to also eat foods which are rich in iron. Good examples of these are red meats, cereals, wholegrain bread, green vegetables, nuts and seeds. Iron is important as it is needed to transport oxygen around the body.

Drink plenty

Replacing lost fluids is vital for energy and well being. It is therefore important to ensure that you drink plenty of fluids, particularly water, throughout the day. If you become thirsty this is a sign that you are beginning to dehydrate. It is recommended that you drink at least six to eight glasses of fluid a day. If you exercise or live in a hotter climate then you need to drink more.

Exercise

Exercise is crucial for energy. Try to do about half an hour a day of exercise.

Staying Healthy

The exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous. Walking, swimming or jogging can be as effective as exercising in a gym. Exercise is an excellent means of relieving stress too and will make you feel energised for the day.

Sleep well

If possible try to have about eight hours of sleep a night. Reading a good book before bedtime or having a relaxing bath with essential oils can assist in achieving this. A good night sleep will help to ensure that you wake up full of renewed energy to start the day.

Start working from home

Often we can feel sluggish and lacking energy because we are unhappy in our work. Many of us would like to become our own boss but lack the confidence to take the first step to achieve that goal.

Mexican billionaire, Telcoms tycoon Carlos Slim Helu Has Knocked Bill Gates Off The Top Spot.

Carlos has now claimed the top spot and been ranked as the richest person in the world. It the first time the title has been held by a non-American for 16 years.

Carlos Slim Helu controls a string of companies, including Telmex and America Movil, and has a net worth of 53.5 billion US dollars (£35.7 billion).

Bill Gates Was Richest Man

In the UK, the Duke of Westminster Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor was again the wealthiest man, as he has been for much of the past decade.

Property tycoons David and Simon Reuben were second in the UK, followed by high street billionaire Sir Philip Green.

All three have increased their wealth despite the recession, with the Duke gaining 1 billion US dollars (£668 million) to amass a total net worth of 12 billion US dollars (£8 billion).

The Reubens are worth £5 billion, while Green has a fortune of £4.5 billion.

Gates was knocked off the top spot for only the second time since 1995 despite gaining 13 billion US dollars (£8.7 billion) in the past year. In 2008 Buffett was ranked as number one.

Forbes Magazine published its 24th list of the world’s richest people, which saw the number of billionaires rise from 793 last year to 1,011 now. It has yet to reach the 2008 total of 1,125.

The ranking of more than 900 of the world’s richest people includes 29 Britons and a total of 97 new billionaires from across the globe.

I’m sure the majority of us have some time or other got into a relationship with someone who we feel have let us down, upset us, hurt our feelings to such an extent that we would never trust them again. Well the answer is simple. It is because I am a decent, trusting worthy entrpreneur who thinks that everyone else is like me, honest, sincere, trust worthy and always willing to help others. I see and assume that everyone will treat me in the same way that I treat them. Is that good or bad?

I suppose the answer is, I am still the same person and always will be, although a bit more cautious and hopefully a little smarter. Time will tell.

Internet. Don’t go chasing every internet marketing opportunity that you find.

The internet and what it has to offer is huge, and there are many people trying to make a quick buck from YOU, in the same way as street corner ‘con men’ do selling counterfeit products.
Many people would, if they had the time, spend all day, every day chasing illusions of internet riches rather than finding a legitimate opportunity.

If you chase after those illusions you will NEVER find what you’re looking for. Someone who knows what business is all about and how to implement good working practices and procedures so that you can truly Earn Money using the Internet.

The bottom line is, there is just too much junk out there for anyone to find the right way on their own. It has taken me years but even so there isn’t a day that goes by without me learning something new. Someone with experience would have overcome all of the do’s and don’ts and learnt from mistakes, so you won’t have to.

With the internet and technology moving so fast there is more hype and junk than ever before. If I had to do it all over again, starting with zero knowledge I suppose I would be totally lost.

What Do They Do. What Choices Do They Have ?

I have to say from experience (seeing what my wife does) that Stay at Home Moms really do have the hardest job in the world. Their work never seems to end!

So what do Stay at Home Moms actually do’? Well, they get the children up in the morning and then off to school; work on the house all day cleaning, do the school run, supervise bath times, help out with the homework, make dinner, read the bed time stories – then start all over again, day after day. No wonder moms stay fit and get mentally and physically exhausted.

Then of course there are ‘working / career moms’ who go to work to earn an income. Just like the ‘stay at home moms’, working moms in reality have a second shift. Regardless which one you may be, both are 24 hour jobs.

But society is changing and so is the way women and mums think and plan their futures when considering having children. Women no longer have to consider whether to be a ‘stay at home mom’ or a career mum, they can be both and at the same time work from home. It was only a few months ago that most internet marketers were at the mercy of Google. Whether through natural search rankings, Adwords, or Adsense, whoever earns money through Google can also be killed by Google.

Google has more money than God and the reality is they couldn’t care less about  marketers as long as they can take your money.

(Wouldn’t  it be great if a major competitor came along and made them care more about the people who put money into their banks).  Competition is always good!

What Google cares most about is the ‘user experience’ which is fair enough and some thing I totally agree with. Google’s aim is to protect and
improve that philosophy at all costs. They know that without the users, Google would not have such a thriving business. 

But the question is can you really make big money online without Google? Of course you can! There are many people and businesses that are making huge amounts of money without using Google.

But the real question is why would you want to do that? Although living in Google land is a love and hate relationship, if you please Google by complying with their rules and policies and fulfilling their user’s needs by creating a good website you can become extremely successful in Google Advertising.

To avoid getting slapped by Google here are some key points to consider.

1. Good Content Is King! 

It used to be that content was king on the Internet. However with the information age also came the age of piracy. 

Copying  and reposting information that you may find online onto your own website is definately a ‘no go’. What you have to realize is that Google ONLY loves unique and genuine content.

So don’t plagarize someone else’s work, take the time to create your own. This way, Google will love your site and reward you for the time to you took make it unique. This includes pictures, videos, and text.

2. Single Page Sales Pages and Landing Pages Are History

Google carried out a recent poll and found that most single sales pages did not provide any useful content. So they are now on a mission to penalize and remove them from their system.

So in order to comply with Google’s new rules, you definitely need to consider creating a website that has multiple pages of relevant information. This can include things like a home page, about us, articles, internal and external links, frequently asked questions, contact us, blog page, shopping cart, and so on. The point Google is trying to make is that they want you to offer its users and visitors to your site in depth information about your site and the services and products you offer.

3. Add More Content To Your Site Regularly

Ensure that you take the time and effort to add more unique content to your website on a regular basis. This will keep the ‘Google Spiders’ coming back for more and will continue to increase your relevancy in your niche.

This is so important because it drives and improves the two most important factors in Google love / hating relationship with you and that is ‘page ranking’ and ‘quality score’.

4. Link Building Is A Must

Link building used to be an optional item when it came to using Google. Now it is required. You must take the time to contact websites in your niche and exchange links with them.

Again this will increase relevancy and even provide natural search engine rankings for your main keywords. This means lots of free traffic for years to come.

5. Avoid Redirecting Your Users To Another Website

This is the toughest change Google has implemented to their Adwords program. You MUST NOT redirect a user to another website to sell them something once they have visited or are clicking around on your website. If you do God Help You ! 

If Google finds one redirected affiliate link, they will eventually slap you and eventually ban you for life. However, this does not apply to ‘https pages’ that lead to a shopping cart or checkout page, so don’t panic.

Another way to overcome this redirecting issue is ask the owner of the affiliate website you want to direct people to and ask them if you can link up directly to the order page and allow you to comply with and keep Google in Love with you.

Keeping on the good side of Google will keep you in a love and hate relationship with them for years to come. Life will be a lot easier and profitable if you work with Google as opposed to against them.
